A Certified Professional Coach, Natalie Butto Wills advises and coaches leaders and teams. She draws from experience as a Fortune 500 in-house counsel and executive; a management and leadership professor; TEDx Speaker; serving on regional/national/international boards; and as a leader with professional, alumni, and community associations.

She earned a JD degree at Georgetown; MBA at NYU; and certifications in coaching, organizational psychology, yoga/mindfulness, and diversity training.

Coaching sessions include a flexible process and space which include mindful moments, focusing on what matters to you, increasing awareness, clarifying intentions, and identifying resources and next steps.

In several sessions, we can:

• Identify values and goals 
• Recognize obstacles 
• Obtain and leverage resources to move forward, while also appreciating where you are
• Gain insights and support with a Coach and Advisor who is also an experienced Facilitator, Professor, Counsel, and Leader.

Series includes three 45 minute session calls with a flexible process and space, including mindful moments, focusing on what matters to you, increasing awareness, clarifying intentions, and identifying resources and next steps.
